Their Description

Since 1994, Peng France has been your go-to for vacation rentals at the iconic Cap d’Agde Naturist Village — the largest clothing-optional village in Europe. Right in the heart of the action, they offer a wide range of studios, apartments, and villas across the different zones of the village, each catering to a different vibe.

Whether you’re seeking a quiet couples’ retreat or want to be in the middle of the nightlife, they’ve got something for every kind of beach bum.

Where to Stay

🏡 Port Soleil & Port Vénus– Ideal for peace and quiet. Set back from the busier areas near the marina, these residences offer a relaxed atmosphere and free access to the swimming pool. Port Soleil also includes shops and restaurants on-site, plus the main rental office.

🎉 Port Nature & Port Ambonne– Right in the party zone.

Port Nature Collines puts you in the middle of the nightlife, with sunny walkways and easy access to bars, restaurants, and pools.

Port Nature Village offers a bit more space and greenery - great for those wanting a festive vibe without sacrificing chill time.

Port Ambonne stands out with its curved design overlooking the marina. Think spacious, sunlit apartments just above the buzzing commercial hub, complete with a sauna.

☀️ Héliopolis & HélioVillage– A beach lover’s dream.

Héliopolis is a beachside, arc-shaped residence with shops and dining at your doorstep.

HélioVillage is quieter and more residential, featuring semi-detached villas with small gardens between Port Ambonne and Héliopolis.

The Vibe

Cap d’Agde Naturist Village isn’t just a beach destination - it’s a full-on lifestyle. With over 2 km of soft sandy beaches, three designated nude beach areas, and a lively marina packed with shops and entertainment, you’re never short of things to do (or not do). It’s also completely self-contained, with everything from bakeries to boutiques to buzzing bars.

Whether you’re here to let loose or unwind, Peng France makes it easy to find your perfect spot in the sun.

Getting There

The Naturist Village at Cap d’Agde is easy to reach, with clear signage and good access by road and public transport. Just remember: the village is gated, and only registered or paying guests can enter, so have your booking confirmation ready at the entrance.

By Car:
Cap d’Agde is about a 1-hour drive from Montpellier and 2 hours from Toulouse. Use “Port Nature” or “Héliopolis” in your GPS, or follow signs for “Village Naturiste” as you near the resort. There’s a dedicated security gate where you'll need to show your reservation. Most residences offer on-site or nearby parking, with some spots included and others shared.

By Public Transport:
Take the train to Agde station, which is well-connected to Paris, Montpellier, and Marseille. From there, it's a 10–15 minute taxi ride to the village entrance. You can also take bus line 3, which stops close to the gate.

For international travelers, Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport (BZR) is the closest (20 minutes by car). Montpellier (MPL) and Toulouse (TLS) airports offer more flight options, with onward travel by train or rental car.
