Getting There
Platja de l'Illa Roja is located along the Costa Brava coastline in Catalonia, near Begur and Platja del Racó. The beach is tucked between cliffs and is best accessed via scenic coastal paths.
By Car: Drive toward Platja del Racó or Begur area, where limited parking is available nearby. From there, follow signs and paths toward the coastal trail leading to the beach.
By Public Transport: Take a bus to nearby towns such as Begur or Pals, then continue by foot or taxi toward Platja del Racó. Direct public transport to the beach itself is limited.
By Foot: Follow the Camí de Ronda coastal path, which connects nearby beaches and viewpoints. The walk includes some ups and downs and takes around 10–20 minutes, rewarding you with scenic views before reaching the beach.
