The Good
- Hidden naturist cove: Between Agrari and Elia, there’s a small tucked away cove used mainly by naturists. It’s only about 70 meters wide and feels completely separate from the main beach, surrounded by rocky hills.
- Quiet right side section: The far right end of Agrari itself is where naturists naturally gather. It stays calm, with no music and plenty of space to relax without pressure.
- Clear blue swimming water: The sea is clean and bright, with good depth for swimming once you’re in. It’s not shallow for long, but great for floating and longer swims.
- Fair sunbed pricing: Loungers are relatively reasonable compared to Mykonos standards, around €15 to €20 for two beds with an umbrella for the day.
- Good shade setup: Umbrellas are solid and provide proper coverage, especially in the right side section where you can adjust positioning for sun or shade.
- Food nearby if needed: The main Agrari restaurant offers simple meals like Greek salad around €9 and drinks, so you’re not completely cut off from convenience.
The Bad
- Steep beach access: The road down to Agrari is quite steep and can feel uncomfortable if you’re not confident driving.
- Rocky and coarse sand: The surface is rougher than it looks, and the entry into the sea can be tricky with uneven footing.
- Limited swim entry points: Getting into the water is not smooth everywhere. You need to find the easier entry spots to avoid slipping.
- Basic service setup: There’s no full service to loungers, so you’ll need to order from the bar and carry everything yourself.
- Hidden cove visibility: The small naturist cove has little cover, so even though it’s secluded, people on higher rocks can still see down into it.
- Inconsistent food quality: While prices are reasonable, the quality can vary, especially with drinks. It’s better to keep expectations simple.
The Naked Truth
Agrari is a good choice if you want to get naked without giving up all the conveniences of a serviced beach. One part has sunbeds, food and drinks, while the quieter end is much more informal and where you’re more likely to find naturists.
It’s not exclusively nude and there’s no officially marked naturist section, but nudity is well established here and generally feels completely unremarkable. The beach is also noticeably calmer than neighbouring Elia Beach, despite being only a short walk away.
For anyone exploring nude beaches in Mykonos, Agrari is a nice middle ground: easy enough to spend a full day at, but without the full-on beach-club atmosphere you’ll find elsewhere on the island.
Insider Tip
Head to the far right end if you want a quieter and more naturist friendly spot, or cross the rocky hill toward the small hidden cove for more privacy. Bring water shoes for the entry and consider bringing your own snacks if you want to keep costs low.

A mix of relaxed travelers, couples, and naturists who prefer quieter beaches over party spots.
Beach Surface
Coarse sand mixed with pebbles and some rocky sections, especially near the waterline.

Getting There
Agrari Beach is located on the southern coast of Mykonos between Elia and more remote eastern areas.
By car or on foot: Drive toward Agrari via a steep road and park near the beach. From there, you can walk along the shoreline or over the rocky hillside toward the smaller naturist cove.
By public transport: There is no direct bus to Agrari Beach. The closest routes go to Elia Beach, and from there you can walk over the hillside path to reach Agrari and its naturist sections.
