The Naked Truth
Plage de la Chiappa sits beside the well-known naturist resort La Chiappa, so the atmosphere is closely connected to the naturist community there. It is a small, relaxed beach with a mix of pebbles, rocks and sheltered corners, making it feel more intimate than a large resort beach.
The rocky coastline also makes it a good spot for swimming and snorkelling, with plenty of marine life beneath the surface. Water shoes are a good idea because of the stones and possible sea urchins.
It is not a polished or spacious beach, but that is part of the appeal. Visitors come for the quiet setting, clear water and easy access from La Chiappa rather than extensive facilities or a wide sandy shoreline.

Getting There
Plage de la Chiappa is located along the Corsican coastline near Porto-Vecchio. The beach sits just beside the coastal road, making it relatively easy to find, though its tiny parking area means access can sometimes require a short walk.
By Car: Follow the coastal road toward the Chiappa area from Porto-Vecchio. A very small roadside parking area near the beach allows space for only a few cars.
By Public Transport: Public transport options in this area are limited, and there is usually no direct stop at the beach. Visitors typically travel to Porto-Vecchio first and then continue by taxi or local transport.
By Foot: If the small parking area is full, you may need to park further along the road and walk a short distance along the roadside to reach the beach entrance.
